A garbage balloon sent by North Korea has crashed into South Korea’s presidential compound.
According to foreign media, the statement issued by South Korea’s Presidential Security Service said that a balloon from North Korea exploded in the presidential compound on Thursday morning, causing debris to spread over a large area.
According to the statement, no lethal substance was found in the waste and no damage was caused by the explosion of the balloon. This is the second incident of North Korea sending a balloon full of garbage and waste to South Korea in recent times. Relations between North Korea and South Korea are strained and both countries have threatened each other.
