London: Scientists have developed a technology worn on the finger that can determine the levels of various components in the blood.
The device, worn on a sweaty finger, could make monitoring a person’s health as easy as another bulky device, researchers report.
Researchers report in the journal Nature Electronics that the electronic device measures blood sugar, vitamins, drugs and other substances by analyzing sweat from a person’s finger.
The device also gets its energy from the same finger sweat it uses for analysis, the researchers said.
