The Islamabad High Court described the indifference of the government institutions in the case of the missing brothers as regrettable.
In the case of the recovery of 2 missing brothers of Azhar Mashwani, the Islamabad High Court has issued a written hearing order, in which it has been said that nothing could be found about the brothers of Azhar Mashwani, who have been missing since June 6. The court described the indifference of the government institutions as regrettable.
Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb issued a one-page written order, in which the Additional Attorney General said that the Attorney General is expected to meet the Prime Minister on the matter. A weak response was given by the government before the court.
The order further states that the court does not expect even the chief executive of the country to pay attention to the case. The indifference on the part of the parties in this matter is deplorable. The partial arguments of the petitioner’s counsel have been done. Schedule the case before the available bench for next hearing.
