ISLAMABAD: In the case registered under PICA Act against Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Rauf Hasan, a bail order has been issued.
Duty Magistrate Abbas Shah issued a 2-page order. According to the PICA Act court order, there are general allegations against Rauf Hasan and other accused without concrete evidence. The prosecution is yet to prove the allegations and evidence against Rauf Hasan.
According to the PICA Act court, the prosecution is required to conduct further inquiry in the case against Rauf Hasan. The co-accused in the case against Rauf Hasan have already been granted bail. The bail of Ruf Hasan and other accused is granted.
