Supreme Court Justice Retired Mazhar Alam Mian Khel agreed to be appointed as an ad hoc judge.
President Asif Zardari has approved the appointment of two ad hoc judges in the Supreme Court, including Justice (retd) Mazhar Alam Mian Khel and Justice (retd) Sardar Tariq Masood.
Justice (R) Mazhar Alam Mian Khel had previously apologized for becoming an ad hoc judge, after which it was decided to seek the opinion of Justice (R) Mazhar Alam Mian Khel again in the Judicial Commission meeting.
It should be remembered that the names of 4 former judges were proposed as ad hoc judges of the Supreme Court, after which Justice (Rtd) Mushir Alam, Justice (Rtd) Maqbool Baqir resigned.
