Milwaukee: The Republican Party has nominated Donald Trump as its official presidential candidate, while Donald Trump has nominated James David Vance, a right-wing senator from the US state of Ohio, as his vice presidential candidate.
This announcement was made by Donald Trump on the first day of the Republican Party convention held in the American city of Milwaukee on Monday.
On social media platform Truth Social, Donald Trump wrote, ‘After careful consideration and consideration of several other talented individuals, I have decided that the most suitable person for the position of Vice President of the United States is the Senator from Ohio. JD is Venus.
“As Vice President, JD will continue to fight for our Constitution, stand by our troops and do everything he can to help me make America great again,” he added.
