Mumbai: Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit has come under fire for working with Houston-based Pakistan-born promoter Rehan Siddiqui.
A poster of Madhuri Dixit and Rehaan Siddiqui’s wedding in August 2024 in Houston, Texas has been shared on social media while Rehan Siddiqui has been blacklisted by the Indian government.
Madhuri Dixit is being urged not to participate in the program by severing all ties with the Pakistani-born promoter.
So far, no response has come from the actress regarding this program.
Last month, the actress faced backlash for posting and later deleting a message condemning Israel’s missile attack on Rafah.
Madhuri Dixit recently produced the Marathi film ‘Panchak’, starring Adinath Kothare, Dilip Prabhalak, Bharti Achrekar and others while she is also busy shooting for ‘Dance Deewane 3’.
