The District and Sessions Courts, Islamabad, has started proceedings to declare Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri a proclaimed offender in the 2014 sit-ins case filed by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
Judicial Magistrate Shahzad Khan heard the 2014 sit-ins case filed by the PTI in the District and Sessions Courts, Islamabad.
The court issued arrest warrants for MNA Khurram Shahzad, Allama Raja Nasir Abbas and other activists due to their absence during the hearing.
The court has started proceedings to declare Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri a proclaimed offender and adjourned further hearing of the cases till May 5.
Imran Khan is on permanent stay from appearing in the relevant cases, 2 cases are registered against the PTI founder and others in the Secretariat Police Station.
