Rawalpindi: Judgment on Bushra Bibi’s acquittal plea in the 190 million pounds case will be pronounced today.
Accountability Court judge Nasir Javed Rana will hear the 190 million pounds reference case today in Adiala Jail, during which the most important witness of the reference will be cross-examined on investigating officer Mian Umar Nadeem.
The accountability court will deliver a safe decision on Bushra Bibi’s plea of acquittal in the case today.
In the 190 million pounds reference case, investigating officer Mian Umar Nadeem will be cross-examined by PTI founder and Bushra Bibi’s lawyers Usman Riaz Gul and Chaudhry Zaheer Abbas, while Deputy Prosecutor General Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi, Amjad Parvez, Irfan Bhola will cross-examine on behalf of NAB. Chaudhry Nazar will appear in court.
It should be noted that the lawyers have partially cross-examined the investigating officer Mian Umar Nadeem. Yesterday, PTI founder lawyer Chaudhry Zaheer Abbas was busy in the Supreme Court and could not cross-examine the investigating officer.
