The acquittal pleas of PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in the £190 million case have been fixed for hearing on October 24.
Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb will hear the petitions. The previous hearing could not be held due to the ill health of Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb.
It should be noted that the division bench has prevented the accountability court from pronouncing the final verdict in the case.
Besides, Bushra Bibi’s bail application in Tosha Khana Case 2 has been fixed for hearing on October 22.
