The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) remained a silent spectator with respect to the other members of the selection committee.
In the statement issued by PCB this morning, it was said that former cricketers Wahab and Abdul Razzaq have been removed from the selection committee, now their services are not needed for the national team.
Both former cricketers were members of the men’s selection committee during the T20 World Cup tour of New Zealand and England.
On the other hand, in the board’s statement, no statement has been issued regarding the future of the other three members of the selection committee, Muhammad Yousaf, Asad Shafiq and Bilal Afzal, on which questions are being raised.
The board further said that it will provide further updates on the composition of the selection committee at the appropriate time.
