Washington: US President Joe Biden fell ill with Corona during a visit to Las Vegas. According to the White House, President Biden is experiencing mild symptoms, including discomfort, due to the infection.
According to Press Secretary Karen Jean-Pierre, President Biden will go to his residence in Delaware for the purpose of isolation and will perform his duties from there in the meantime.
The US president’s physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, said in a note that Biden, 81, was brought in in the afternoon with upper respiratory symptoms.
He said that after the Covid-19 test came positive, the US President was given anti-viral medication, the first dose of which has been given.
Joe Biden was scheduled to address a Unidos USA event in Las Vegas on Wednesday to rally Hispanic voters ahead of the November election. However, he left for the airport to go to Delaware as he tested positive without addressing.
