Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz has said that she appeals to the United Nations to play a role in giving rights to the Muslims of Palestine and Kashmir.
Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif said in a message on the day attributed to the United Nations that the United Nations is a ray of hope for peace, human rights, and development – the United Nations has fought against poverty, ignorance, and injustice around the world. The day dedicated to the United Nations reiterates the importance of solidarity, peace and cooperation.
He said that Pakistan is deeply committed to the basic objectives of the United Nations. As a responsible and active member, Pakistan has always adhered to the resolutions of the United Nations. Pakistan will continue to play its role in global peace and development on the platforms of the United Nations.
