Member of National Assembly of Pakistan People’s Party Parliamentarians Sahar Kamran submitted a resolution condemning the killing of Ismail Haniya in the National Assembly.
The text of the resolution states that the National Assembly condemns the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh, the political head of the resistance organization Hamas, and expresses grave concern over the growing Israeli adventurism in the region.
Pakistan has a clear stand against extra-judicial and extra-territorial, border terrorism of any kind, requesting the international community to take immediate and effective measures to prevent such aggressive actions and work towards lasting peace in the region.
The National Assembly of Pakistan expresses its solidarity with the people of Palestine in their struggle for justice and self-determination and condoles with the family of Shaheed Ismail Haniya and the people of Palestine.
