Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has once again received a death threat and this time he has also been given a challenge.
According to Indian media reports, two days after Salman Khan allegedly received a death threat from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, on Thursday, November 7, he received another threatening message.
“Last night, the Mumbai Traffic Control Room received another threatening message against actor Salman Khan, in which the name of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang came up,” a Mumbai Police spokesperson said on Friday morning. Worli police has registered a case in the matter and investigation has been started.
According to the report, in this new message received on the Mumbai Traffic Police Helpline, actor Salman Khan was demanded Rs 5 crore, while in the message, the gang members also allegedly killed a songwriter. Threatened, who wrote a song about Lawrence Bishnoi.
The threatening message received by the Bishnoi gang also said that the actor’s supporters would also be targeted and challenged Salman Khan to save Ratar if the actor could.
The traffic police has informed the Worli police about this and provided all the information regarding the call, the police is trying to trace the person who sent the message.
It may be recalled that earlier on November 5, the Mumbai Police had received another threatening message for Salman Khan asking him to either apologize or pay Rs 5 crore for his protection. In this connection, a 32-year-old man, who hails from Jalore in Rajasthan, was arrested in Karnataka and handed over to the Maharashtra police on Wednesday.
According to police sources, the arrested person has been identified as Bhikha Ram alias Vikram, a daily wage laborer who claims to be a fan of Lawrence Bishnoi.
Police said Bhikha Ram threatened Salman Khan by calling the Mumbai police control room after watching the news on a regional news channel.
