Islamabad: Federal Law Minister Azam Nazir Tarar has said that he is requesting the judiciary not to interfere in our affairs.
A meeting of the Senate was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Chairman Syedal Khan. Law Minister Azam Nazir Tarar, while speaking in the House, said that the answers to the questions are presented in writing. And other matters are also discussed in the committees.
He said that we should also take supplementary questions on every question. And the Foreign Affairs Committees have many matters under their control. We should discuss every question in the House.
Azam Nazir Tarar said that the departments must come up with real figures. And the judiciary should let the executives do their work. Institutions should work within their own sphere. And he is requesting the judiciary not to interfere in our affairs. Because it is our job to make laws and we should be allowed to do that.
He said that the scope of the deputation policy is present in the service rules. And the deputation is for the first 3 years and then it is renewed for 2 years. The Supreme Court said in its decisions that deputation should not be made a norm.
The Federal Law Minister said that the government does not interfere in the affairs of any institution. And the judiciary should also avoid direct interference in the affairs of the executive.
