Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has rejected the appointment of ad hoc judges.
Chairman PTI Barrister Gohar said in a media interview that the appointment of ad hoc judges in the Supreme Court is based on malice. The matter of appointment of ad hoc judges is being referred to the Supreme Judicial Council. The aim of this initiative is to engage like-minded judges. Judges should not make this issue controversial. Four judges are being brought together during vacations.
On the other hand, while talking to the media, PTI leader Umar Ayub said that our MLAs are being picked up by agencies in false cases. Cases were made against Imran Khan, Bushra Bibi and all the prisoners. We strongly condemn all these bogus cases. Bushra Bibi’s arrest was also released, NAB team arrested her again in false cases. Regarding the ad hoc judges, we request Qazi Faiz Isa that these judges do not hear our cases. No one can point a finger at our patriotism.
Senator Shibli Faraz said that this system has been mismanaged in the last two years. The ruling elite is unable to understand how to change public opinion. The talk of banning the party would be a very cowardly move. The constitution and the law are being kept on the tip of the shoe.
Leader PTI Asad Qaiser said that there is an anarchy situation in the country at present. Pakistan has been made an unconstitutional land. Bullying is being done at gunpoint.
