The Islamabad High Court has restrained the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) from releasing the final merit list.
Islamabad High Court Judge Arbab Muhammad Tahir issued a restraining order on the students’ petitions. The court issued a notice to the other parties including PMDC on the application and sought their response by October 28.
In the petition filed by the students, it was stated that out of 200 questions asked in the test, 30 questions were wrong. Admissions to medical colleges will be done on the basis of these results of the important DCAT test. Medical colleges should be restrained from further extending the admission process. The hearing of the case was adjourned till October 28.
