Islamabad: In the liquor recovery case against Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur, a bottle of liquor recovered from the vehicle was presented, on which the witness confirmed that it was made part of the record.
The case of arms and liquor recovery against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur was heard in the District and Sessions Court Islamabad.
Ali Amin Gandapur’s lawyer Zahoorul Hasan, prosecutor Khayyam Abbasi appeared in the court. The case against Ali Amin Gandapur was heard by Judicial Magistrate Soheb Bilal. Younis, the last witness of the case, appeared in the court through video link, after which the cross-examination of all the witnesses of the case against Ali Amin Gandapur was completed.
The bottle recovered from the vehicle was presented in court as evidence. Witness Yunus confirmed making the bottle part of the record as evidence.
Ali Amin’s lawyer Vakil Zahoorul Hasan said to provide the question paper for Ali Amin Gandapur.
Judge Sahib Bilal said that Ali Amin Gandapur must be in the courtroom while submitting the question paper, now when Ali Amin Gandapur has to come to the district court? On this, the lawyer Zahoorul Hasan said that the question paper should be provided by tomorrow. The judge instructed that the question paper will be given by tomorrow, the future date will also be told.
Later, the hearing of arms, liquor recovery case against Ali Amin Gandapur was adjourned till tomorrow.
