Islamabad: The court has ordered PTI founder chairman and Shah Mehmood Qureshi to be produced through video link in the cases registered under terrorism provisions.
The Anti-Terrorism Court in Islamabad has ordered to present through video link in 2 cases registered under the provisions of terrorism in Khana police station against PTI founder chairman Imran Khan, Shah Mehmood Qureshi and others.
The case was heard by Judge Tahir Abbas Supra of the Anti-Terrorism Court, in which the PTI lawyer appeared in the court. During the hearing, the judge inquired that Shah Mehmood Qureshi is a convicted prisoner, in which jail is he?
PTI lawyer told the court that Shah Mahmood Qureshi is not convicted, he is imprisoned in Kot Lakhpat Jail in Lahore.
Judge Tahir Abbas Supra directed the jail superintendent to produce the accused in the court on the next hearing through video link. Later, the court adjourned the hearing of the case till September 7.
