The Accountability Court Lahore has summoned the former Punjab Chief Minister on January 7 to indict Pervaiz Elahi and others in the alleged corruption reference in development projects.
The court issued a written order to indict Muhammad Khan Bhatti and others. The court has summoned Pervaiz Elahi on January 7 to indict him.
According to the written order, the court is having a lot of difficulty in completing the appearance of the accused. All the accused appear on the date and the court indicts. The court, fulfilling the requirements of justice, feels that the accused present should be indicted.
According to the written order, the court will not delay any further, Muhammad Khan Bhatti’s appearance at the medical ground on the previous date was an excuse.
It said that today, Pervaiz Elahi’s medical attendance exemption application was submitted. The court accepts Pervaiz Elahi’s one-day attendance exemption application. The court indicts Muhammad Khan Bhatti, Khalid Mahmood Chatta, Asif Mahmood, Naeem Iqbal, Muhammad Asghar and Asad Ali.
