Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met the President of Muslim League (N) Nawaz Sharif during which they discussed the country’s situation and the proposed constitutional amendment package.
Party sources said that Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz was also present during this meeting held at Jati Amra Raiond Lahore.
Party sources said that the Prime Minister gave a detailed briefing to his elder brother and the former Prime Minister regarding the situation in the country, during the meeting, consultations were also held on the constitutional amendment package proposed by the government.
Sources said that Shahbaz Sharif also briefed Nawaz Sharif on the consultations held so far with the allied parties in this regard.
According to the report, the agenda of the Prime Minister’s visit to America was discussed in detail in the meeting. President Muslim League (N) Nawaz Sharif gave important advice to the Prime Minister on the political situation.
