The Islamabad High Court has given time till September 10 to the IG Islamabad to recover the missing citizen Faizan Usman.
Justice Babar Sattar of the High Court heard the request for the recovery of the missing Faizan Usman. IG Islamabad Ali Nasir Rizvi appeared in court on court orders.
The missing citizen Faizan Usman could not be recovered and produced despite the court order, on which the Additional Attorney General requested that we be given two to three days more time.
IG Islamabad came to the rostrum and said that I spent half an hour with the missing Faizan’s father, Faizan’s location was first in Islamabad and on August 17, the location of Lahore came. The faces of the people seen in the footage are not clear.
IG Islamabad Ali Nasir Rizvi told the court that the vehicles are clearly visible in the footage. It has been two months. Wrote to IB through PTA to track IMEI of mobile.
Justice Babar Sattar inquired whether you have contacted the ISI. It is alleged that Faizan was picked up by ISI men.
IG Islamabad Ali Nasir Zaidi said that we have contacted the Ministry of Defence, upon which Justice Babar Sattar said in his remarks to contact the ISI, it is not under the Ministry of Defense but directly under the Prime Minister.
Justice Babar Sattar remarked that it appears that people are being picked up without any fear, it is the responsibility of the police to protect the citizens, if you fail you will come to the courts. They went, the man was picked up but no one including the SHO knows, we all know how it all happens.
Justice Babar Sattar of the High Court remarked and said that I give you time till Monday to come up with the final report on the next hearing.
IG Islamabad requested that time be given till Tuesday instead of Monday, on which Justice Babar Sattar said that it is fine, if the police need assistance from anyone, they can take it.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till September 10.
