California: Technology giant Apple is planning to introduce two new versions of AirPods by the end of this year. These new AirPods will replace the AirPods 2 along with the AirPods 3.
According to a report by Mark Garman of Bloomberg, Apple is planning to release a new AirPods 4 that will come in lower and higher priced versions.
These AirPods will be on par with the AirPods Pro 2, the top of Apple’s AirPods range.
Those AirPods were only updated last September – though they only got a new USB-C charging slot instead of Lightning to match the iPhone announced at the same time.
AirPods 3 are on the market from the end of 2021. They have a design that resembles the AirPods Pro, and include some advanced features like Advanced Audio, however, they lack the noise cancellation feature.
