KARACHI: An increase of 5.1 million dollars was recorded in the government’s foreign exchange reserves during a week.
According to the weekly foreign exchange data released by the State Bank of Pakistan, the official foreign exchange reserves reached the level of 9 billion 1533 million dollars with an increase of 51 million dollars.
Commercial banks have deposits of 5 billion 3186 million dollars, thus the value of the total reserves was recorded at 14 billion 4719 million dollars.
