PTI leader Shibli Faraz approached the Islamabad High Court to remove his name from the Exit Control List (ECL).
The registrar’s office scheduled Shibli Faraz’s application for hearing tomorrow. Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri will hear Shibli Faraz’s application tomorrow.
The Home Secretary and others have been made parties to the petition.
More than 20 different types of cases are registered against Shibli Faraz in Islamabad, Rawalpindi and other cities of Punjab. Courts have granted bail to Shibli Faraz in these cases.
