Islamabad: Accountability Court Islamabad has postponed the hearing of the 190 million pound reference against PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi till October 19.
PTI lawyer Murtaza Tori filed an application to adjourn the hearing.
Accountability Court Judge Nasir Javed Rana accepted the request to adjourn the hearing in Judicial Complex Islamabad.
Tosha Khana Two Case
On the other hand, in the Tosha Khana 2 case, the Islamabad High Court has issued a notice for this week on Bushra Bibi’s bail application.
Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb issued the written order.
According to the court order, the court was told that in another similar reference, the punishment has already been passed and the FIA court rejected the bail on the same basis.
