A truck carrying wedding guests fell into a river in the African country of Ethiopia and sank.
According to the international news agency, the seriously injured in the tragic accident were transferred to a nearby hospital, where 68 men and 3 women were confirmed dead.
The cause of the accident has not yet been determined, but eyewitnesses told the media that the accident occurred due to high speed while there were more passengers in the truck than the capacity.
The truck that was involved in the accident was going to attend a wedding and all the deceased were close relatives.
The joy of the wedding house turned into mourning and chaos prevailed in the entire area. Citizens helped themselves by removing the passengers from the bus and transferring them to the hospital.
It should be remembered that traffic accidents are common in Ethiopia, the causes of which include inefficient vehicles, poor traffic systems and violation of laws.
