Rawalpindi: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur has said that what the federation is doing is against the constitution and judiciary.
Speaking to the media at the Judicial Commission in Rawalpindi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur said that there is no punishment in this country. Founder PTI is in jail in fake and baseless cases. The whole nation knows that the judiciary is under pressure. We stand with the judiciary. What the federation is doing is against the constitution and the judiciary. The present government is on the shoulders. If there is a fair trial in the judiciary, everything will be revealed.
He said that the country is being broken again and again. They should be sentenced to death under Article 6 of the Constitution. Those who break the country must be hanged. A great injustice has been done to our workers. Pervez Khattak has left the party and has cut off the noses of fear-mongers. Maryam Nawaz is a woman, we do not consider it in our culture.
Ali Amin Gandapur further said that the decision to participate in APC is the decision of the founding PTI. First of all, our mandate should be returned. Rule of law is essential in the country. If Imran Khan goes on hunger strike, the whole nation will go on hunger strike. A case against Nawaz and Zardari is already pending in Cantt police station. If a case has to be registered against the woman chief minister, that too will happen.
Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa said that the Chief Justice of Pakistan should separate from our benches. We have no problem with the institution, we disagree with the personalities. In the APCAS committee, there was talk of stability and not of operation. Consent is essential if an operation is required.
