ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has paid tribute to the security forces for thwarting the terrorist attack on Bannu Cantonment.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif condemned the attack on Bannu Cantonment in a statement, paid tribute to the soldiers of Pakistan Army and Frontier Constabulary who were martyred in the attack and prayed for their elevation.
While expressing his condolences to the families of the martyrs, the Prime Minister said that the sacrifices of the Pakistan Army and other security forces against terrorism are eternal. The entire nation stands with the security forces in the war against terrorism. We salute the brave and brave men of the security forces who were martyred in the attack. We are determined to completely eliminate the menace of terrorism.
Among those martyred in the terrorist attack on Bannu Cantonment are Deputy Subedar Muhammad Shahzad, Havaldar Zal Hussain, Havaldar Shahzad Ahmed, Sepoy Ashfaq Hussain Khan, Sepoy Subhan Majeed, Sepoy Imtiaz Khan, Sepoy Arsalan Aslam and Lance Naik Sabz of Frontier Constabulary. Ali is involved.
