ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court has issued a written order for the July 11 trial of the civilian trial case in the military courts.
In the written order issued by the Supreme Court for the hearing on July 11, it is written that ‘a miscellaneous application was filed by the Ministry of Interior against the appearance of a private lawyer, the summer vacation is starting from next week. Knowingly, the petitioners wasted a lot of time on arguments against hiring a private lawyer.
It is written in the order that the court rejects the miscellaneous petition against the appointment of a private lawyer by the Ministry of Interior. Apart from this the additional note of Mr. Justice Shahid Waheed has also been included in the written order.
Justice Shahid Waheed wrote in an additional note that the Attorney General said that due to the criminal technical aspect of the case, a private lawyer was appointed to assist the court. The honest opinion of the Attorney General is commendable. Can be advocated.
