ISLAMABAD: A hearing will be held today on the petitions against the summons of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder and his wife Bushra Bibi in the Tosha Khana case.
The petitions against summon notices of founder PTI and Bushra Bibi during the new inquiry in the Tosha Khana case by NAB have been fixed for hearing today, Chief Justice Aamir Farooq and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri will hear the hearing.
The objections of the Islamabad High Court Registrar’s Office on both the applications were removed. In the petitions, founders PTI and Bushra Bibi have requested that the summons notices in the inquiry be suspended till the decision of the petitioners.
