Islamabad/Rawalpindi/Lahore: October 2 has been fixed for the indictment of founder PTI and Bushra Bibi in the Tosha Khana 2 case.
Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjamand heard the case, the lawyer of the accused completed the arguments on the bail application while the prosecution sought time from the court.

On the other hand, the Islamabad High Court has extended the order to prevent the trial court from pronouncing the final verdict against founder PTI and Bashree Bibi in the 190 million pound reference till October 2.
Chief Justice Amir Farooq directed the accountability court to continue the trial and remarked that if the trial continues then the meaning will continue while the final decision will not be given, we have said this in plain English.
Chief Justice Aamir Farooq and Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb heard the appeals of founder PTI and Bushra Bibi against the accountability court’s decision to reject the acquittal pleas of the accused.
On the other hand, Lahore High Court Justice Tariq Saleem Sheikh disposed of Bushra Bibi’s request to find out the details of the secret cases in the light of the police report. One case is registered in Attock, one case in NAB is registered in Toshakhana.
