Beijing: Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar has said that Pakistan has vast investment opportunities in agriculture, minerals and IT.
Addressing the China Business Roundup ceremony in Beijing, Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar said that many countries are afraid of China’s development. He has come to China to participate in the fifth strategic dialogue. There was a conversation.
He said that China-Pakistan Economic Corridor is a flagship project, which has entered phase 2 after the successful completion of phase one. We are also privatizing some government institutions.
According to the Foreign Office, Ishaq Dar met Chinese Finance Minister Lan Fuan, in which they discussed further promotion of financial cooperation in view of Pakistan-China trade ties.
The Chinese Finance Minister appreciated Pakistan’s economic agenda and expressed determination to continue supporting the efforts of financial stability and deepen cooperation in financial and banking sectors.
Ishaq Dar also met Chairman Exim Bank, on this occasion he discussed future investment in Pakistan, outlined efforts for financial and economic stability and business-friendly policies.
