Islamabad: Petrol price is expected to decrease by 5 and a half rupees per liter for the next 15 days from June 1.
According to sources, the price of diesel per liter is likely to decrease by Rs 4 30 paise, while the price of light diesel is expected to decrease by Rs 5 8 paise.
Kerosene is likely to be cheaper by Rs 2.15 paisa for the next 15 days.
Sources say that crude oil prices have decreased in the global market and the benefit of the reduction in crude oil prices will be passed on to the public.
Ogra will send the working to the government on May 31 in proportion to the global market, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will give the final approval regarding the prices. The notification of prices will be issued by the Ministry of Finance.
