Islamabad High Court allowed former Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry to go abroad for 2 weeks.
A hearing was held in Islamabad High Court on the request to remove the name of Fawad Chaudhry from the travel ban list. Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court Amir Farooq heard the case.
During the hearing, the Deputy Attorney General sought time from the court to submit the reply.
The Islamabad High Court ordered the removal of former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry’s name from the passport control list temporarily for two weeks.
The court ordered that Fawad Chaudhry can go abroad from August 10 to 24.
Earlier, Fawad Chaudhry appeared in the Lahore Anti-Terrorism Court on expiry of interim bail in the May 9 arson cases.
