Rawalpindi: The bails of the last 19 accused of the May 9 tragedy have also been approved, after which no accused is arrested in 14 cases of Rawalpindi.
Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Malik Ijaz Asif granted the bails and ordered all the accused to submit a bail bond of Rs 50,000 each.
The 5 workers who were granted bail by the Supreme Court were also released.
A total of 549 workers were arrested in the May 9 tragedy in Rawalpindi Division and 3 military courts completed trials against a total of 12 accused, 8 accused in Rawalpindi cases and 4 accused in Abbottabad case.
All the accused will be released from Adiala Jail this evening, for which the police have started gathering. All 19 accused were arrested on May 10-12 and were in jail for 10 months.
