Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has announced to stay away from the special parliamentary committee meeting.
In the statement issued by PTI, it has been said that in the important meeting of Tehreek-e-Insaaf’s political committee, it has been decided to stay apart from the meeting of the special parliamentary committee formed for the appointment of judges.
The statement said that the meeting also agreed to cancel the primary party membership and disciplinary action against those who voted in favor of the 26th constitutional amendment.
It was also approved to issue show-cause notices to other members who severed ties from the party, their future future will be determined in the light of the responses to the show-cause notices.
