In the 18th match of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024, West Indies defeated Uganda by 134 runs and achieved their second consecutive victory in the event.
The 18th T20 World Cup match between Group C teams took place at the Guyana National Stadium in Providence.
Batting first, West Indies scored 173 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in the allotted 20 overs, in response to which the entire Ugandan team collapsed for just 39 runs in 12 overs.
On behalf of West Indies, Aqeel Hussain dismissed 5 players and was declared the best player of the match.
