Dallas: Hosts USA won the toss and decided to field against Canada in the opening match of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024.
America’s captain Monanik Patel won the toss and invited Canada to bat first in the Group A match being played in Dallas, USA.
On this occasion, America’s captain Monanik Patel said that he decided to field first after seeing the wicket.
He said that the target will be achieved and the wicket will help the bowlers in the first innings.
On the other hand, Canadian captain Saad Zafar said that the wicket is good and there is no problem in batting first.
