New York: Sikh for-right has further strengthened its demand for separation from India and announced to start a referendum in the US from March 23, 2025.
Sikh leader Garptwant Singh Pannu said that the Indian government is planning to kill the leaders of the Khalistan movement and the Modi government aims to kill Sikh leaders in the US and Canada.
Pannu, referring to the murder of Hardeep Singh Najjar in Canada, added that he is also being threatened with death on American soil.
Garptwant Singh Pannu requested the US government to immediately contact the Indian authorities and ensure the safety of his life.
