Peshawar High Court has issued a written decision on the case of providing details of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur.
The Peshawar High Court has issued a directive not to arrest and harass Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in any case.
The written judgment stated that 17 cases are pending against Chief Minister Ali Amin in different police stations of Islamabad, 2 inquiries in FIA cybercrime in Dera Ismail Khan and one inquiry in National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
According to the verdict, NAB and Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) told the court that there is no intention to arrest the petitioner.
The judgment said that the petitioners should refer back to the relevant forum within 30 days for the details of the Punjab cases.
It should be noted that on February 27, the Peshawar High Court granted bail till March 19 in the cases registered against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur.
