ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has decided to write a letter to the United Nations regarding the serious threats to Kashmiri Hurriyat Yasin Malik and other leaders.
Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs, Northern Regions and Gilgit-Baltistan Engineer Amir Maqam expressed deep concern over the reports of the deteriorating health of Kashmiri Hurriyat leader Yasin Malik and said that the deteriorating health of the brave Kashmiri leader Yasin Malik is a cause of great concern. The Indian government is engaged in the nefarious strategy of killing the imprisoned Kashmiri leaders by not providing them with health facilities.
The Federal Minister further said that the international community, the Secretary General of the United Nations and international institutions will be informed about the plight of Kiryasin Malik and other captive Kashmiri leaders by writing a letter. Kashmiri leaders and prisoners have been martyred in Indian jails before. Even during the days of the corona epidemic, the Kashmiri prisoners were deprived of health facilities in occupied Jammu and Kashmir and Indian prisons. Yasin Malik, who is imprisoned on false charges in Tihar Jail, should be provided with the best health facilities.
Engineer Amir Muqam said that the international community and the United Nations human rights organizations should pay immediate attention to the serious threats to the health and safety of Yasin Malik and other Kashmiri leaders. The Indian government should stop the terrorist treatment of political leaders and prisoners of Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
