Negotiations with the government will take place only when it agrees, Asad Qaiser

Islamabad: PTI leader Asad Qaiser has said that he went to the Speaker to offer Fateha, not for negotiations, the negotiations will be held as per the instructions of Imran Khan. A committee has been formed to hold negotiations when the government agrees.

The session of the National Assembly began under the chairmanship of Deputy Speaker Syed Mir Ghulam Mustafa Shah.

PTI member of assembly Asad Qaiser said that you have taken notice repeatedly but the government is not serious, in such a situation, let us talk on the point of order, if these people are not there, then what agenda will you run?

The Deputy Speaker said that Asad Qaiser, we wrote a letter to the Prime Minister yesterday and got it delivered, gave him a message from the opposition and members sitting on the government benches regarding the disrespect of the House, we will not run such a House at all, I will adjourn the session for ten minutes, if despite this, no government minister comes, we will adjourn the session.

Asad Qaiser said in his speech that since yesterday, there has been talk of dialogue and negotiations in the media. I went to the speaker only to recite Fateha. I want to clarify. These reports are false. A committee has been formed. There will be talks when the government agrees.

He said that the negotiations will be held according to the instructions of the founder of PTI. I again ask why the gun was fired on November 26? While the constitution allows peaceful protests,
The law regarding non-protest in Islamabad is a violation of the constitution. We demand that all prisoners including the founder of PTI be released. A commission consisting of senior judges of the Supreme Court should be formed. One of our members was forcibly called to resign.

He said that the freedom given by the constitution cannot be made ineffective by making a law. Show a video of our people breaking a pot. A judicial commission consisting of senior judges of the Supreme Court should be formed to investigate the incidents of November 26 and May 9.

He said that at that time there was no democracy in the country, a committee was formed regarding the ten members arrested from here, where did that committee go? One of our members of the National Assembly sitting here was ordered to go, go to the speaker and submit his resignation, the sanctity of the fences and walls of our members’ houses was violated.

He said that martial law has been practically imposed in Punjab, two thousand of our people arrested on November 26 are being implicated in the incidents of Namai in different police stations of Punjab, the majority of the members arrested on this day are Pashtuns, in this way you are taking steps to break Pakistan, we are not talking about provinces or languages, but Pashtuns are being targeted, thousands of cart drivers have been arrested, our business with Afghanistan has been stopped, Islamabad has practically become a no-go area for Pashtuns.

He said that the attitude of the federation has become to break Pakistan, the founder of PTI should be released, our poor workers will be released, we stand with the founding chairman and will continue to stand, judicial investigations should be conducted on May 9 and November 26.
