According to the notification, this surcharge will be applicable under Section 182A of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, newly established companies and businesses, whose names are not due for submission of returns after June 30, are included in the list of active taxpayers. will be done.
Names of persons who have submitted returns to the Board of Revenue of Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan will also be included in the list of active taxpayers.
