ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court has dismissed the revision appeal of League leader Ali Gohar Baloch regarding recounting of votes in NA 97 Tandianwala, Faisalabad.

Justice Naeem Afghan remarked that the returning officer said in a written reply to the Election Commission that no application was received, the Supreme Court dismissed the application on August 21 and on the 22nd he approached the RO, after the Supreme Court decision, the returning officer provided a certified copy of the application.
Justice Naeem Afghan said in his remarks that there may be an impression that the returning officer was honored on which he reneged on his word, how the returning officer who wrote that the application did not come is now giving the certified copy of the application. is If the documents that are being shown now would have been reviewed earlier, it would be appropriate to approach the Ali Gohar Baloch Tribunal. Lawyer Shehzad Shaukat took the position that the time of the tribunal has passed.
