Lawyer Naeem Bukhari apologized to the Chief Justice for speaking loudly

Islamabad: Lawyer Naeem Bukhari apologized to the Chief Justice for speaking loudly.

A three-member bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faiz Isa, heard the case against commercial activities in the National Park area.

During the hearing, the lawyer of the private hotel, Naeem Bukhari, referred to the decision of the Supreme Court in 1956 to revive the doctrine of necessity, then the Chief Justice of Pakistan said to stop pointing fingers at us.

The lawyer said that I will not be afraid of loud voices.

Chief Justice of Pakistan said to Naeem Bukhari that you have come to fight in the court or to prosecute the case.

Advocate Naeem Bukhari apologized to Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa for his loud arguments and said that my Chief Justice is smiling, I am sorry for being loud.

The Chief Justice said that there is no need to apologize, you are older than us, sometimes you have to ask difficult questions to understand the case, when I was a lawyer, I did not like the judge who did not ask questions.

Lawyer Naeem Bukhari said that Justice Retired Nasir Aslam used to ask a lot of questions when he was a judge. Once a lawyer appeared in a case, the judge started asking questions, to which the lawyer replied that you ask questions and then I will start arguments. will

Lawyer Naeem Bukhari’s sentence caused laughter in the court.

The Supreme Court reserved the decision on the review appeals against the decision against the commercial activities in the National Park area.
