Tehran: The commander of Iran’s Army Ground Force, Brigadier General Kumars Heydari, said that the project to secure the country’s eastern borders with the help of artificial intelligence is expected to be completed ahead of time.
According to Iranian news agency Tasnim News, Brigadier General Commerce Haidari says that the entire plan to seal the eastern borders is based on artificial intelligence technology.
He emphasized that the construction of the wall alone is not enough to protect the border, but modern technology and artificial intelligence are being used in the process.
Haidari added that the engineering unit of the Army’s Ground Force has been entrusted with the mission and that the project is expected to be completed ahead of schedule.
According to foreign media, Iran is currently building a 930-kilometer-long wall on its eastern border with Afghanistan to increase security and prevent smuggling.
