Justice (Retd) Tasadeq Hussain Jilani informed the Prime Minister of the decision through a letter in which it has been said that it would be appropriate for the Chief Justice to decide the issue at the institution level.
He has sent a letter to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in this regard, in which he has informed about his decision and said that he is grateful to the Prime Minister and the Cabinet for trusting him, Chief Justice and Senior Judge Justice Mansoor Ali Shah. I am also grateful, but I cannot chair the Judicial Commission.
