The Lahore High Court has set for hearing the petition against the decision of the Punjab Cabinet to register cases of serious nature against the founder PTI Imran Khan.
A two-member bench headed by Justice Alia Neelam of Lahore High Court will hear the petition of founder PTI on June 20. Punjab government and others have been made parties in the petition.
Founder PTI has challenged the Punjab Cabinet’s decision to file cases in the Lahore High Court. The position taken in the petition is that this decision is contrary to the facts.
